Our Transit Home (Safe Home) provides children with a safe, caring, and supportive place to stay when they need immediate protection and temporary care.
Children receive safe accommodation, food, education, healthcare, counselling, psychosocial support, recreation, and life skills support according to their individual needs.
We work with families, local authorities, and partners to identify the safest and most appropriate pathway for each child. Where it is in the child’s best interests, we support family tracing and reintegration, followed by continued monitoring and support.
Our Safe Home is a place where children can feel secure, recover from difficult experiences, continue learning, and prepare for a brighter future.
